Listed below are the USA Swimming Situations and Recommended Resolutions, sometimes called the "situation cards."  These situations were assembled as a training tool to help provide education to our officials.  They have been compiled from a wide array of sources and a large majority of them represent real-life occurrences. They have been reviewed by both the Rules & Regulations and Officials' Committees of USA Swimming and conform to the current USA Swimming Rules & Regulations.
